    What the hell was I thinking!

    Went to the doctor today at 10:30....I didn't see him for an hour....when he came in he said the MRI didn't show anything...well duh!! I told him it was frozen shoulder. He shot me up with something that numbed it up and sent me to physical therapy. WTF???? did I get myself into....pain, pain and more pain..3 days a week and 4 weeks of pain.....this time I got some Tylenol with codeine and I'm gonna use it!!!!!

    Going to bed.....I know it's gonna be bad in the morning but whats a crippled to do...hehehehehehee...I have to keep my sense of humor or I'm gonna cry...funny thing is, it feels better when I'm moving...hurts when I stop

    why do they always either result to surgery or p.t.??? where did all the good drugs go!? ;)

    please whatever you do, listen to the p.t. person! do what they say! it is very very true that using it helps a ton! take care of you!! there is only one jody, and she needs to be on her game so she can pump out cool ass art! :) and i hope you get a therapist like my mom's! they were very careful to be sure that she wasn't in pain. they iced and electroded her before and after. it helped. :) let them know if you are hurting. now is the time to listen to your body! if it hurts they have to know! it's not the time to *suck it up*!!! (((hugs))) and healing to you my friend!~
